How to reach us

Email us at the address below. We read every message and reply as soon as we can, whether it is a correction, a broken link or a general question.

Please tell us which page you are asking about, so we can find it quickly. Corrections to prices or episode counts are especially useful, because Candy changes them often.

We cannot help with Candy accounts, billing or tokens. For those, contact Candy’s own support.

DMCA and takedown requests

If you own rights in a work and believe something on our site infringes them, send a notice to the address below. Please include:

1. The URL of the page on our site where the material shows up.
2. A description of the work you say was used.
3. Proof that you own the rights, or that you are authorized to act for the owner.
4. Your name and contact details, including an email address where we can reach you.
5. A statement, made in good faith, that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or the law, and that the information in your notice is accurate.

A notice that misses these items may be delayed while we ask you for the rest.

What we host

We host no full episodes. The site shows only short promotional previews and posters taken from Candy’s public catalog.

We act on valid notices promptly and reply to confirm what we did. If you would rather talk before sending a formal notice, you are welcome to write to us first.
